There is a page called unDraw where you can download hundreds of illustrations in SVG vector format and in high resolution PNG format completely free.

You have the freedom to edit or modify the illustrations, since you can download them in vector format. SVG files can be opened in any type of vector editing program. Like for example: Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, you can even modify them in the old and reliable Corel Draw.
