The second season of Abstract is already released: the art of design!

There is nothing more exciting than knowing that our favorite series will release a new season. This happened to me a year ago with the Flash and this week with the Abstract series a documentary series made for creatives like you with an incredible visual and aesthetic proposal.

What is Abstract about?

It is a series that unfolds in the world of designers. Its first chapter was in 2017. The first season consists of telling us the life of different referents in the world of design and illustration. The chapters that count are: Christoph Niemann: Illustration, Tinker Hatfield: Footwear design, Es Devlin :, Stage design, Bjarke Ingels: Architecture, Ralph Gilles: Automotive design, Platon: Photography, Ilse Crawford: Interior design. The obligatory episodes are those of Graphic Design with Paula Scher, who has worked on the emblematic projects of Citibank and Tiffany.co, and Photography with Platon, who has portrayed leaders such as Obama and Putin.

So you will realize this series covers different areas and design expertise, so it is a fact that you will learn in each chapter and be inspired for your creations.

What do we expect in the second season?

The second season has 6 chapters with 6 new artists that will tell us their stories and we will be able to discover what is behind those master minds of design. The chapters you’ll see are: Olafur Eliasson and Danish architecture, Neri Oxman bioarchitect and its expertise, costume designer for movies: Ruth E. Carter, toy designer Cas Holman, digital product designer Ian Spalter and designer Jonathan Hoefler typography.

In each chapter you will discover the sources of inspiration of each artist, as well as their techniques and more hidden secrets that have catapulted them to success. So don’t think twice and go straight to Netflix to enjoy this series that will surely help you expand your horizons.
